Psychosis and psychopathy are completely different concepts
Psychosis involves difficulties distinguishing reality from experiences such as hallucinations or delusions. Psychopathy refers to a pattern of personality traits that can include callousness, manipulation and reduced remorse. The similar-sounding terms describe different phenomena. Experiencing psychosis does not mean someone has psychopathic traits.
